Violation Inquiries

File a Violation Inquiry

The integrity of our community depends on accountability. If you believe a policy has been breached, our office is here to investigate and help facilitate a resolution.

Is your inquiry a fit? We primarily handle the following cases, including but not limited to:

  • Abuse of Power: Abusing a position of power for the benefit of oneself or the progression of their biases (party affiliation, committee, office, expansion of powers, etc.)
  • Coercion: Intentionally and knowingly uses of violent or non-violent intimidation and/or threats to, included but not limited to deals or exchanges in monetary gain
  • Misuse of Funds: Including concealment of fees or unauthorized personal spending.
  • Negligence: Intentional or careless disregard for official responsibilities.
  • Policy Breaches: Blatant violations of the legal code.

Note: We do not handle “interpersonal” grievances. Matters regarding romantic affairs, political opinions, or passionate (but respectful) disagreements should be handled through other channels.
